Email deep-link — start checkout for an assigned offer

/offer/:hash

Public. Resolves the emailed offer hash to a user, re-validates the offer window, stamps redirected-from-mail, and starts a Stripe checkout on the persisted offer plan. Always responds 200 (fail-closed to status: error in the body) so the email link always lands.
