Face2Social API
Face2Social is a social profile analysis service that lets you upload a photo and search for matching social media profiles across supported networks.
Base URL
All API requests use the base URL:
https://dashboard.face2social.com/api/v1
Authentication
The API supports two authentication mechanisms:
- JWT Bearer Token — returned in the body of
POST /auth/signin(orPOST /auth/google) when the request sets"token": true. Send it in theAuthorization: Bearer <token>header on every authenticated request. - Session Cookie — set by sign-in and sign-up; used by browser clients.
Public endpoints (such as POST /optout, POST /landing/email and GET /subscription/plans) require no authentication. All other endpoints require a valid Bearer token.
Errors
Errors use HTTP status codes with a {"code": <status>, "message": "<text>"} body. Some endpoints (settings, account deletion, referral codes) report a failure as HTTP 200 with "status": "error" in the body — check the status field, not only the HTTP code.
